Leofoto FH-5L Professional Video Fluid Head

The Leofoto FH-5L is a professional fluid head built for smooth, controlled movement, whether you are filming, birdwatching or shooting with a long lens. It combines precision-machined aluminium construction with a compact, travel-friendly body, weighing just 1.72kg, so it is easy to carry without compromising on durability.

Motion control is at the heart of the FH-5L. The head features 3-step pan drag plus a zero setting and 3-step tilt drag plus a zero setting, letting you tune the resistance to suit your subject, lens and shooting style. You get a full 360° pan and a generous tilt range of +90° to -60°, while the continuous counterbalance system supports camera rigs from 0 to 7kg, making it a good match for most video cameras and telephoto setups. The adjustable pan handle can be mounted on either the left or right side, and a replaceable pan bar rosette means the head can keep performing for years.

Mounting and setup are quick and secure. The Arca-Swiss compatible press-and-release clamp includes an automatic safety lock that protects your camera from sudden drops, and the plate is released simply by pushing the silver security lock. The supplied 90mm quick-release plate gives plenty of fore-and-aft travel for balancing, and comes with 1/4″ and 3/8″ camera screws and an anti-rotation pin to keep your gear firmly in place. The 73mm half-ball base makes levelling fast on video or photo tripods, and the built-in bubble level helps you get set up accurately in seconds.
