Select your preferred finance term and deposit, then add the item to your bag	Navigate to the Checkout page to select the delivery options, and ensure Pay by Finance is selected. Once you hit the Pay by Finance, it will redirect it to Omni Capital Finance site to complete the application. If you choose to pay for your order using Omni Capital Finance your order must be delivered to your billing address. Interest Free Credit is not available on orders delivered outside the UK.

Qualifying

You’ll only be considered for finance via Omni Capital Retail Finance Limited if you meet the following requirements:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have a gross annual income each year of more than £5,000
• Are a permanent UK resident and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years.
• Have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits
• Are not currently bankrupt, subject to an Individual Voluntary Agreement (IVA), or have any County Court Judgments (CCJs)
• Have an email address so your documentation can be emailed to you.

Please note: Finance payment plans provided by Omni Capital Retail Finance Limited are not secured against an asset, such as your home.

However, if you fail to keep up with your repayments there will be other consequences. The repercussions include, but are not limited to, receiving a bad credit score, making it difficult for you to borrow money or get credit. This could affect your ability to get other financed items, such as mobile phone contracts, and you may be taken to court to retrieve the money.

There may also be charges that apply for recovery of missed/late payments or collection of the outstanding loan amount in the event of default.

Use of your personal data

To process your application, you will be asked to provide information about your personal, employment and financial situation. Omni Capital Retail Finance Limited (the lender) – will use your data so to determine your finance offer. Omni Capital Retail Finance Limited will perform a search with one or more Credit Reference Agencies to conduct checks for creditworthiness and any affordability assessments to help them make their decision.

Finance Decision

Omni Capital Retail Finance Limited will let you know the outcome of your finance application in just a few moments. Your application will be assessed based on eligibility, credit history and affordability.

Please note when applying for finance that both a soft and hard credit check is undertaken. Once all security checks have been completed, your credit agreement is signed and your initial payment has been paid, the hard credit check is made. Until you sign the credit agreement the credit search remains a soft search.

Your application may be referred to Omni Capital Retail Finance for manual review in in some cases. You’ll be notified by email of the credit decision, however, these are often reviewed and processed within 20 minutes.

If you’re not approved for finance you’re entitled to inquire to the credit bureau used in rendering the loan application decision. You can find these details in Omni’s Privacy Policy documents here: www.omnicapitalretailfinance.co.uk.

Repaying the loan

Your first direct debit payment will be taken approximately 15 to 30 days after you receive your good or services.

This will show on your statement as a payment to your lender. You have the right to repay all or part of the loan early at any time.

Cancellation

There is a 14-day cooling-off period where you can withdraw from the credit agreement after receipt of your goods or services.

You should read the credit agreement carefully before clicking all the relevant sections agreeing to its terms. Once you have agreed to the terms of the credit agreement we will be notified and you need do nothing more.
