The Leofoto LB-65 is a professional leveling base with a diameter of 65mm of both the tripod plate and the base plate. The Leofoto LB-65 Levelling Base is designed to be used on all Leofoto tripods and of course on other tripods with a 3/8-inch tripod screw. Thanks to the large carrying capacity of no less than 18 kilos, this is an ideal accessory for the professional photographer who wants to be able to work precisely horizontally.

Perfectly Levelled
A levelling base is used on a tripod to have a perfect horizontal base for a gimbal head, a panorama head, a fluid head, macro rails and even heads. The spherical construction allows you to quickly and easily achieve a perfect horizontal platform without having to adjust the tripod head itself. Screw the levelling base onto the base of your tripod or onto the tripod plate and unlock the levelling base with the grey butterfly screw. Adjust the head horizontally, tighten the butterfly screw and you're ready for action. To firmly secure the tripod head to the levelling base, Leofoto has provided three Allen screws that can be tightened as needed.

The Leofoto LB-65 Levelling Base is made of lightweight, black anodized aircraft aluminium for high durability and low weight. Both the base shell and the semi-spherical tripod plate are CNC-milled from single pieces of light metal for maximum stability. The overall weight of the LB-65 is 234 grams and the height of the LB-65 is 60mm. Thanks to the 65mm wide base plate and top plate, you have maximum support for all types of tripod heads and macro rails. The carrying capacity of the LB-65 is a whopping 18 kilos so you can handle almost any job with this professional levelling base.
