The QR44 Arca-Type QR Plate for FBH-44D from Field Optics Research has a 1/4"-20 threaded camera mount on top, and dual safety stops on the bottom to prevent the plate from sliding out if the clamp is partially opened. Also, anti-twist rubber padding on top of the plate prevents the camera from moving while mounted on the plate.
